Parent Essential OilsAs we all know, Parent Essential Oils or popularly known as PEOs are the two true Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3. They are the essential oil that our body can’t produce that’s why we have to acquire them from the food that we consume. Not all the food that we eat have PEOs, that’s why we have to be choose the right food that contain Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3.

PEOs can greatly help to make our body lean and healthy for life. It helps lose weight, make our skin, hair and nails beautiful or simply make us beautiful inside and out. Aside from its physical effects, it also helps prevent harmful diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease (CVD) and diabetes.

There are two types of PEOs, adulterated and unadulterated PEOs. We have to avoid the adulterated PEOs; these are foods that have undergone food processing like frying and other means of processing. We should be aware that adulterated PEOs are the root cause of these deadly diseases like cancer. To avoid such life threatening illness, we have to consume unadulterated PEOs. These are foods that are unprocessed or raw in nature like fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat is also a great source of PEOs as well as protein as long as it’s from a cattle (grass-eater animals) like cow and goat. Avoid eating meat from animals that eat feeds.  Just remember not to overcook the meat, just cook it enough kill the contaminating bacteria in the surface. Overcooking it will lose all the PEOs that your body required.
