PEOsNaturally, all human beings have sweet tooth cravings. And in order to fulfill that cravings, people tend to eat more including carbohydrates just to satisfy that cravings. What people don’t know is that instead of fulfilling that craving, they eat more than what they needed and it makes them fat. The only solution to satisfy sweet tooth craving is by consuming the right kind of food that our body needs and that could fully satisfy our cravings easily and naturally. What we need are foods that are fresh like fruits.
