PEOsSaturated fatty acids cannot conduct oxygen and unsaturated fatty acids are critical for transport. But it does not mean that fish oil’s EPA/DHA or the longer –chain fatty acids that contain more unsaturated bonds the better.  Association of Dietary Intake of Fat and Fatty Acids With Risk of Breast Cancer. Journal of the American Medical Association, 1999; 281:914-920.

Long-chain unsaturated fatty acids in particular, fish oil’s EPA/DHA auto-oxidize irreversibly in the presence of oxygen, both in air and in your body. The body carefully regulates how much of these derivatives it makes.

Consider that the mitochondria, where oxygen is consumed in high-energy reactions, contains virtually no highly unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids, parent ALA or derivatives. Permanently oxidized fatty acids are toxic to your cells which can cause rapid aging. In monkeys fed with marine oils/fish oils, their liver membranes became rancid and the organ used up all available vitamin E to protect itself.

It is clear that God, in His wisdom, carefully controlled the conversion of the omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids to the more unsaturated, more vulnerable derivatives. Yet, if your body doesn’t have sufficient PEOs in your membrane, oxygen won’t get through. This is a revelation, it explained why those taking a high quality Parent essential oils or PEOs felt and performed better and quickly.

American diet is laden with adulterated fats. These are altered parent oils that are oxidized, cross-linked due to heating, hydrogenated (trans fat), etc. These are not working oils for oxygen transport. Hence, they cause oxygen deprivation within your cells, even if all the mechanical heart delivery mechanisms are working.

Giving your body the PEOs, it ca begin to replace the toxic fats in your membranes with life-giving, oxygen-transporting oils, enabling you to make the most use of the oxygen you breathe in.
