Unadulterated Parent Omega 6Consumption of organic/unprocessed parent omega 6 is spectacular and very beneficial to your heart health. Results from studies that used adulterated oils however, are negative. Adulterated oils by hydrogenating can cause illness such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

When adulterated PEOs are compared to unadulterated Parent omega 6, the effects on cardiovascular health are definitely different.  The cardiovascular health effects of Parent omega 6 (LA) was being questioned recently. They said that high consumption of Parent omega 6 can cause cardiovascular disease (CVD), therefore they should be reduced.  However, scientists need proofs so they critically examined the effects of adulterated and unadulterated Parent omega 6 to cardiovascular health. But the study have proven that it’s the consumption of adulterated Parent omega 6 causes CVD while unadulterated Parent omega 6 is clearly beneficial to cardiovascular health and therefore, should be added in dietary requirement.

Now it has been proven that organic/unprocessed/unadulterated/ forms of Parent omega 6 are healthy for your heart health and should be included in your healthy diet. It is critical that the sources of the Parent omega 6 should be taken into account to ensure that you are consuming the right kind of diet that could give the proper nutrients that your body needs. Being conscious to what you eat is what we need to avoid CVD. Avoid consumption of hydrogenated vegetable oils, fried foods, fast foods and all processed foods. To have a healthy heart, eat organic/unprocessed food or better yet eat living plants because they contain the much need PEOs.
