PEOsAccording to Professor Brian Peskin PEOs are fundamental. Professor Peskin take about 50% more than the recommended daily amount, which is 3 gm/160 pound bodyweight – because he works long hours and that’s from very early in the morning to late in the evening. Physicians need to know that increased mental focus that PEOs give patients is amazing, along with better eye-hand coordination, and better on body weight because they are integrally incorporated into ever cell, including all mitochondria.

Minerals (truly chelated) are also important. Because many minerals are no longer in the soil due to synthetic fertilizer use (natural manure is rarely used). Vitamins and minerals are coenzymes. We have to focus on minerals because; even though vitamins are still in the foods – although in diminished amounts compared to decades ago – minerals are often altogether absent. To make matters worse, phytates from a high-fiber diet negate many of the minerals in the food, and many mineral supplements, too, by binding with and removing minerals from your body.

For minerals to be used by your body, they must be in a form that your body recognizes. This form is called “truly chelated”. For the definitive book on the subject, scientifically based book, and gives the results of numerous real-life animal studies.

However, calcium supplement is not recommended. Calcification of plaque is the last stage of cardiovascular disease and supplemental calcium makes the condition worse. Plenty of calcium is in the food, and more calcium is not the solution to osteoporosis, PEOs are.
