PEOs-rich foodsDoing exercise daily is not the answer to staying lean-for-life. The only reason to stay thin, perfectly fit and in great health without constant exercise is eating the right diet for humans. When the physiology and biochemistry of a species are understood, staying lean-for-life and energized simple happens. If you eat outside your body’s requirements, you will become fat or overweight.

You should be careful of what you eat. You should only eat the right diet that your body needs. Lowering your sugar intake is very important if you want to improve your health. Fruits also contain sugar, so you should not eat more than your body requires. Fruits are good sources of Parent Essential Oils or PEOs as well as fresh vegetables and some nuts. Meat from animals that only eat grass like goat and cow are also good sources of PEOs. PEOs are essential because they are needed in order for our body to produce Essential Fatty Acids or EFAs. These EFAs are the Parent omega 6 and Parent omega, they can only be produced by our body if we eat PEOs-rich foods. Lowering your carbohydrate intake is also essential to become healthy and lean-for-life.

Don’t let the word “healthy” fool you. There are some foods that are commonly proclaimed as “healthy” are actually loaded with sugar in disguise. It is best that you always prepare your shopping list and prepare nutritious meal than just buying prepared foods from commercial markets, food chains and restaurants. Most of the foods that they are selling are processed foods and they contain adulterated PEOs.
