PEOsOur body requires the special fats to make it do its important functions like supplying sufficient oxygen to reach the cells. These special fats are called Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) and are highly-oxygen absorbing. However, it’s not the termed EFAs that are important; it’s the Parent Essential Oils (PEOs). Your body can acquire PEOs from the food that you consume daily because your body is not able to manufacture them. PEOs are consists of Parent Omega 6 and Parent omega 3. When you consume them, they must be in their whole or “Parent” form of the essential oils. Meaning, they must be consumed fresh and raw like fruits and vegetables. They should not undergo food processing to retain their PEOs.

The special fats called, “PEOs” must be consumed daily so that the body could produce the EFAs that it needs. Our body needs lots of PEOs so we have to consume foods that are loaded with it. We have to change our diet, meaning we have to eat more living plants fresh and raw. Meat is also a great source of PEOs, but it should come from grass eater animals and they should not be overcooked. They should be cooked just enough to kill the contaminating bacteria in the surface of the meat. However, when the meat is overcooked, it can’t be digested easily. Also, when it’s overcooked, it will lose all its nutrients like protein and PEOs that our body needs. So if you want to have a leaner body, PEOs is the perfect solution.
