natural fatsMany nutritionists, physicians and trainers often told that carbohydrates are needed for fat burning and slow down metabolism. But this is a complete opposite, carbohydrates stop fat-burning cold. Many people have followed this recommendation over the years, and that’s why many people have weight problems today. Consumption of carbohydrates certainly won’t help you become lean-for-life.

Everyone should take time to check and should lessen or avoid their consumption of carbs. It’s quite clear in the analysis in the Textbook of Medical Physiology, “Carbohydrates slow metabolism in contrast to what happens through consumption of natural fats and proteins.” However, if you are often doing exercise, you can eat carbs in minimum amount. Doing exercise can burn fat, but if you are not fats will be stored inside your body and it will make your belly and legs fatter.

Natural fats and proteins are needed by our body. PEOs-based foods are great sources of natural fats and proteins. You can get natural fats from meat, eggs and cheese that are produced by animals like cow, chicken and goat that eat organic plants or grass. Grass is a great source of PEOs as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. There are also living foods that are great sources of protein like almonds and walnuts. As we all know, PEOs are great sources of essential fats or EFAs, the Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3. These are the only fats that our body can’t produce and we can only acquire them from PEOs-based foods. And these foods have natural fats and proteins that our body needed. In order to become lean-for-life, avoid carbohydrates and eat more PEOs-based diet instead.
