fat-burningCarbohydrates are either aldehyde or ketone compounds. Even the carbohydrates are known as good for our body are also loaded with the building blocks of ketone bodies. This inconsistency proves the high carbohydrates proponents understand little medical science. Carbohydrates directly generate a problematic insulin response, while ketones don’t.

Biochemically, ketones are the number one preferred fuel of the human organs such as the heart, the liver and the skeletal muscles. As we all know ketones are normal fuels of respiration and they are quantitatively important sources of energy. Human organs don’t need sugar from carbohydrates, what these organ needs are ketones that will normally fuels them. If you consume high carbohydrates, you are doing a great damage by not giving these vital organs the normal fuel they need (from natural fat-burning) that Nature designed them to run on.

Ketones are produced when the body fat is oxidized or they are the natural products of fat burning. You can’t prevent your body from generating ketones, but if you keep on adding more excess body fat by consuming more carbohydrates and not doing any exercise to burn those excess fats, they will be stored inside your body.

The medical condition called “Ketosis” which lead to metabolic acidosis or low blood pH will not happen very quickly as told by other people. This will only occur after 3-5 days of complete starvation or fasting. In contrary to popular misinformation, running on ketones is the body’s preferred and most efficient state and the leading biochemistry and physiology textbooks support this fact. Our body’s preferred fuel is not carbohydrate, that’s why our normal diet should not include harmful sugars (carbohydrates). Nature never intended this, and if you want a positive result you have to practice a healthy diet that includes Parent Essential Oils (PEOs) or PEOs-based diet.
