PEOsThe amount of processed foods you eat determines the terrain of your gut. What you eat or not eating is contributing to the excess weight-creating bacteria. That’s the reason why there are obese people or heavy weight people. Most of these people are eating a diet that is rich in processed or cooked food. Food that have undergone cooking lose it nutrients, while fresh food like raw, organic, whole fruits and vegetables are rich in PEOs. Your body needs high levels of PEOs to stay healthy and fit.

There are four main categories of vegetarians by Professor Brian Peskin:

  • Macrobiotic – This is a plant-based diet which also includes a little amount of fish, prepared with baking, boiling and steaming. Also includes a small amount of fruits, fermented soy, nuts and seeds (5-20%). With concentration on grains (50-60%), beans (5-10%), seaweed and vegetables (25-30%) and daily soups. However, it does not include alcohol, coffee, sugar or tea. Also no chocolate, hot spices, potatoes or zucchini.
  • Raw foods – This is a vegetarian raw. Includes uncooked plant-based diet or greatly known as “the diet of the great apes”.
  • Vegan – This diet does not include any animal products, no dairy and no eggs.
  • Vegetarian – This diet simply means just green leafy vegetables and no animal flesh included, which means no fish, no meat, no poultry, and no seafood. However, this diet includes eggs and dairy products. But some vegetarians do not eat eggs.

In conclusion, you can be healthy and supplement the PEOs need by your body daily by not eating any animal flesh and including fish.
