animal-based proteinYou can lose one-half pound of body fat by just eating one pound of animal-based protein regularly. Your body gets the 1,500 calories worth of energy it needs to keep you running whole day from your own body fats or from the natural fats in your diet. It can’t be from the net protein left in your body, because there is so little left and here’s the reason why. After you eat one pound of fish, which is at most there is only 40% of the protein left after fueling its own energy for digestion. This means that only 6.4 ounces. There is only about 30% of protein left once you discount the molecular bonded water or 2 ounces. From one-pound piece of fish, there is only 2 ounces of protein left to be used like for enzyme manufacture, antibody manufacture, muscle manufacture and incorporation into each of your 100 trillion cells. So you end up with just a little net of protein in your body. Protein can be directly used for energy and can help burn fats, but this is rarely required for protein is too precious commodity.

You have to remember that fat, not the protein fulfills your appetite, that’s why it was suggested that you add some of those amazing Parent Essential Oils or PEOs when you eat your protein-based foods especially meat (from grass eater animals) to make sure that you will stay full while encouraging maximum fat-burning. There are also PEOs-based foods that are plant-based like nuts, but you can get more protein from meat especially if it is organic or natural. You can also get protein from egg, but only make sure that the source whether chicken/duck eats grass, because grass also is a great source of PEOs.
