fatsHere is an essential fact if you want to become lean-for-life with boundless energy. In the food industry, they call it “Fat-free” with a code meaning that sugar has been added in order to replace the flavor lost by removing the fat. One example is with egg whites, they are tasteless when you remove the yolks. The egg yolk is the one that is making the egg delicious. In steaks, it’s the fat marbling that makes it “prime” and tasty. In cheese, it is loaded with flavor because of its high fat content.

Natural fats have many varieties, saturated fats, monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. The saturated fats are fats like those found in butter and coconut oil. The monounsaturated fats are fats found in olive oil and polyunsaturated fats are fats found in sunflower oil, evening primrose oil, canola oil and flax oil. However, there are only two fats that the body can make, they are called the Essential Fatty Acids, the parent omega 6 and parent omega 3. They are the healthy oils, which mean that the body can only make it if you eat Parent Essential Oils or PEOs regularly.

PEOs-based foods sources are fresh fruits and vegetables, some meat from animals that eats grass and some nuts like walnuts and almonds. Most of the foods available today have been adulterated and their nutrients have been destroyed through food processing. These foods usually come from food chains and restaurants. So it’s better to prepare your own food like making fresh salads and eating fresh fruits.
