Natural fatsThere are nutritional recommendations that stated that all types of fats are bad, but this is actually wrong. Natural fats are not harmful to human body. In fact your body needs fats, and that fats can only be manufactured by your own body. These are the essential fats or the Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs). However, in order for your body to produce those essential fats, you need Parent Essential Oils (PEOs). You can only get PEOs from the food that you consume every day. These sources of PEOs are from fruits and vegetables, which should be organic and unprocessed. Meat is also a great source of PEOs as well as some nuts. Food processing destroys all the nutrients which include PEOs and proteins from the food that you eat.

Processed natural fats are one of the fats that are dangerous to human health. Some of the harmful fats that you should avoid eating are hydrogenated oils, man-made, preserved oils, transfats and unnatural fats. Not all fats are harmful, only a particular type of fat, the harmful man-made processed transfats, which includes partially hydrogenated oils, which need to be minimized. These harmful fats are the ones with “infinite shelf life”, which are being banned in various states. These transfats are the ones found in hydrogenated peanut butter, margarine and thousands of foods, which also includes several frozen entrees, and more.

These transfats are being banned, but the bad news is, they are being replaced with adulterated fats that are as bad as transfats or even worse. Always remember that, as long as the fat has been altered to possess “infinite shelf life” or preserved, it can harm your body when eaten.
