heated cooking oilFor the past two decades, oxidized heated oils or heated cooking oils may cause several dangerous health effects especially polyunsaturated oils.  Consumers of fried foods as well as people frying the foods are in great danger. Polyunsaturated fatty acids turn into toxic compounds when heated. Essential oils such as olive oil contain PEOs, but when heated they become toxic. This is also what happened to foods such as meat and even vegetables, when over-cooked; they lose all the nutrients (protein and PEOs).

Most foods that you eat from fast foods pose dangerous health side effects. They usually use harmful oils to cook their foods. Oils should not undergo adulteration, that’s the reason why fried foods should not be tolerated. If you want to consume healthy foods, avoid eating foods from fast food chains as well as dining restaurants. The much better way of getting the nutrients that your body needs is preparing your own food. Living plants like fruits and vegetables should not be cooked; they should be eaten fresh and raw. PEOs are in great abundance when the living plants are fresh and raw. Meat also has loads of protein and PEOs, but they should not be over-cooked.

In order to avoid PEOs deficiency, make sure that you consume adequate PEOs daily to offset the dangerous effects of heated cooking oils as well as the consumption of adulterated PEOs. To ensure that you are heating healthy foods, prepare your own food or eat organic foods and avoid fried and over-cooked foods that could put your health at risk.
