What really healthy are Parent Omega 6 and nuts contain lots of them, and that made them very healthful to human body. Most nuts like walnuts contain lots of Parent omega 6 as well as Parent Omega 3.

Fish oils are harmful to human body because they have undergone heating or food processing while nuts are unprocessed that’s why they are healthy to human body and they contain unadulterated PEOs.
