PEO deficiencyOne of the factors of obesity or overweight problem is PEO deficiency. Human body needs essential nutrients that you can only get from the food that you consume like Parent Essential Oils or PEOs, protein and other vitamins and minerals. PEOs are essential oils that can only be acquired from food sources like fresh fruits and vegetables, meat from grass-eater animals or free-range chickens and their eggs and other organic food sources. If you lack essential nutrients, your body’s reaction is to crave more food until you can get all the needed nutrients and that’s the reason why you get fat. Organic meat is also great sources of PEOs as well as protein and natural fats. Cattle animals that eat grass are great sources of organic meat, because grass is a great source of PEOs. If you want to become disease-free, energized, healthy and lean-for-life, eat more PEOs-based foods.
