PEOsPEOs are the vital nutrients that our body required to become healthy and lean-for-life. PEOs can’t be produced or manufactured by our body that’s why we need to consume foods that contain them. Foods that contain Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3, they are the essential oils that our body needs or commonly termed as Parent Essential Oils (PEOs).

The foods that we need to eat should always contain enough PEOs, because our body needs more than enough of them in order to have a healthy life. Not all the food that we eat contains the essential oils that are why we need to be careful in selecting the food that we eat.

Physicians, patients and other medical people are not aware that PEOs should be unadulterated or unprocessed. Physicians have mistakenly prescribed fish oil supplement to their patients. They believed that fish oil contain the Parent omega 3 that we need. They are not aware that fish oil can’t prevent diseases and that it is dangerous to human health.

The ultimate sources of PEOs are from living plants, meat from grass-eater animals and some nuts. Unadulterated PEOs are what we need or in their “Parent” form or unprocessed. We should eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables to retain Omega 6 and Omega 3 in their whole form. When we eat meat, they should come from cattle animals, should not be overcooked and just enough to kill the contaminating bacteria. Nuts like almonds and walnuts are great sources of PEOs also.
