PEOs sourcesThere are host Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3 that are sold in drug stores as EFAs, but they are not really EFAs. They are supplementary derivative like DHA, EPA and GLA. Don’t you know that fish oil is made up of omega 3 derivatives? That’s the main reason why they are dangerous to human health. Supplementing EFAs (Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3) with derivatives that are being sold in drug stores and labeled as “EFAs” are harmful to your health.

Your body needs EFAs in “Parent” form not EFAs manufactured/EFAs. Your body can make its own derivatives out of the Parent Essential Oils (PEOs) from the food that you consume every day. These PEOs sources are fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and meat from grass eating animals and not from animals that eats feeds.  They are unadulterated PEOs or foods that are fresh and have not undergone food processing. Fish oil supplements and other labeled “EFAs” from health food stores are not advisable either because it overdoses your body with derivatives which are very harmful to you.

In conclusion, you have to avoid committing the common mistake of purchasing EFAs derivatives in drug and health food stores. Essential Fatty Acids that are still in their “Parent” form can’t be substituted by derivatives. Your body can produce it by just eating foods that are loaded with PEOs. Eating the right kind of foods that are rich in nutrients and PEOs is very vital to your well-being if you want to become healthy and lean-for-life.
