If experts did more thorough research and then thought about what they recommend, all human beings are healthy and not a single soul is sick. Some experts recommend carbohydrates as the number one source of energy, which is actually NOT TRUE. The main source of energy is protein and not carbohydrates. All carbohydrates are recognized by your body as sugar. That’s the reason why there are many diabetic patients. The more you consume carbohydrates, the more diabetic and the fatter you get.

High-carbohydrate diet is dangerous to human health. Your body’s response to too much consumption of any carbohydrate is store more body fat if you are not exercising enough. However, for athletes, it is not advisable that you consume lots of carbohydrates before you exercise. It is better that you consume more protein than carbohydrates before exercising. So if you are not an athletic kind of person or not doing enough exercise regularly, it’s better that you minimize or avoid those fattening carbohydrates.
