Parent essential oilsConsuming fresh fruits and vegetables are popularly known as great sources of Parent Essential Oils (PEOs). PEOs are the two true Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3. They are essentially needed to keep our body healthy inside and out. Our body can’t produce PEOs that’s why we have to get them from the food that we eat and not all the foods available contain PEOs. Because of this reason, we have to be careful in choosing the right food that we consume and we have to be aware where to get Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3.

In order to make our body lean and healthy for life, we have to consume PEO-based foods like fresh fruits and vegetables as well as meat from cattle animals that only eat fresh grass.  PEOs can also help in losing weight and help make our hair, nails and skin healthy and beautiful.  PEOs simply make us beautiful inside and out and not only that, PEOs also help prevent diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease or CVD and diabetes.

In choosing the food that we are about to eat, we have to be aware that not all PEOs are good for our health.  PEOs have two types, they are adulterated and unadulterated PEOs. Adulterated PEOs should be avoided for they are foods that have undergone food processing like frying.  Adulterated PEOs is also the root cause of harmful diseases like cancer, CVD and diabetes. In order to avoid such life threatening diseases, we have to eat unadulterated PEOs.  This type of PEOs is composed of unprocessed foods like fresh fruits and vegetables.  The food that we have to consume should contain PEOs in their “parent” form that’s why we have to eat fruits and vegetables in their raw form so that all the nutrients are still intact.
