unadulterated PEOsTo have a good health, we need to take good care of our body by being conscious of what we eat. We have to be aware that not all the food that we consume contains all the nutrients that our body needed in order to have a good health and physically fit. Our body requires lots of nutrients and Parent Essential Oils (PEOs). These PEOs are Essential Fatty acids (Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3) that can be acquired from living plants and meat (grass-eater animals).

We have to eat lots of fresh fruits and raw vegetables to ensure that we get enough PEOs from them. We have to prepare our own food to make sure that we are eating nutritious food. Processed food contains adulterated PEOs which are dangerous to our health. Most foods from fast foods and restaurants contain adulterated PEOs.

What our body needs are unadulterated PEOs or omega 6 and omega 3 in their “Parent” forms. These are living plants, fresh fruits and raw vegetables. These foods are great sources of PEOs that’s why they don’t need to be cooked to retain essential oils in their “Parent” form.

In order to have good health and to become lean-for-life, we should always eat the right kind of food that contains enough PEOs in our diet. Doing exercise everyday can’t help lose weight if we don’t have the right diet that contain the much needed Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3.
