natural fatNatural fat is healthy. The article of Dr. Walter Willet of Harvard University’s School of Public Health titled, “Women’s Health Risk Linked to Kinds of Fats, Not Total” stated that, “The total percentage of total fat in our diet probably doesn’t make much of a difference. It’s about time we discard that recommendation altogether and focus on what is really important: the type of fat.” It was emphasized here the total fat being almost irrelevant to heart disease risk and emphasizing the type of fat. There are many people who are torturing themselves by not eating fat, which is actually wrong. Fats are needed by our body, especially natural fats.

It was confirmed by the Journal of the American Medical Association in their February 8, 2006 issue that low-fat diet does not reduce the risk of cancer or heart disease either. There’s no evidence that lower intake of total fat or specific major type of fat was associated with decreased risk of breast cancer. One of the most essential fats that human body need is Essential Fatty Acids or EFAs. Actually EFAs is the most essential fats that your body needs in order to function well just like in the distribution of oxygen to all body parts.

However, EFAs can only produce by the human body and Parent Essential Oils or PEOs are needed. These PEOs can only be acquired from the foods that you consume and they must be fully functional or in their “Parent” forms. There are several great sources of PEOs such as meat, nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables. You have to eat PEOs-based foods regularly so that your body can produce more EFAs or essential fats.
