unadulterated PEOsIn order to become healthy or illness free being conscious of what you consume is the best way to take good care of our body.  You have to make sure that all the food you eat contain all the nutrients especially PEOs that your body needs. Being fit does not only means having a sexy or lean body, you have to make sure that you are healthy inside and out. And in order to become healthy and achieve lean-for life, your body needs a healthy diet that contains PEOs or essential fatty acids to ensure that you become healthy for life.  You need to consume the required PEOs that your body needs because your body can’t produce them and should come from the food that you eat every day. These PEOs are EFAs (Parent omega 6 and Parent omega 3) that can be acquired from the food that you consume like, living plants and meat (grass-eater animals).

There is a need for human beings to eat lots of fresh fruits and raw vegetables to make sure that you get enough PEOs that your body needs.  In order to achieve that, you have to prepare your own food to ensure that you get the right nutrients from the food that you eat. You body needs unadulterated PEOs or omega 6 and omega 3 in their “Parent” forms.  These are foods that are unprocessed or still fresh like fresh fruits and raw vegetables. These are great sources of PEOs and they still retain essential oils in their “Parent” form.

To have a good health and become lean-for-life, eating the right kind of food that contains PEOs is a must in your diet.  A healthy diet is the best way to reduce weight and doing exercise everyday can’t help lose weight.
