living food dietHuman being is herbivore by nature. In the past, people are just eating fresh and raw fruits from the fruits that surround them long before they learn how to hunt animals and till lands. They do not cook their food, they eat them fresh and fresh.

Living food diet is a great source of essential nutrients needed by your body and they should be eaten fresh and raw. Cooking food or food processing destroys all the essential nutrients that human body needs like Parent Essential Oils or PEOs, protein, natural fats and other vitamins and minerals. Essential nutrient like PEOs can only be acquired from fresh fruits and vegetables and some nuts, that’s why they should be consumed fresh and raw. PEOs can also be acquired from meat from cattle that only eat grass.

Heat impacts plant foods, so the same considerations have to make when cooking plants. For example, digestibility was lower when consuming millet as chapatti (unleavened flat bread). That’s probably because the longer cooking time required for millet chapatti resulted in heat damage to the protein. Pay attention to the foods that make you feel good or bad and make appropriate modifications. No one but you can feel the effects of any particular food on you. You need not to be a vegetarian for optimal health. The opposite might be true for your body, as well as for enjoyment of life. Terrible food can be terribly addictive.

Finally, if you choose to be vegetarian, please make sure that you get all the essential nutrients that your body needs as well as vitamin B12 levels. Even high-quality vegetarians can be low in this crucial nutrient.
